As a UX Designer, you will work at the intersection of user, business, and technology, continuously considering user movement and interaction across devices. You will sketch customer flows, create wireframes and prototypes, and test these with users.
Responsibilities
- Designing customer flows, wireframes, prototypes, and testing them with users
- Being involved in developments that impact the entire customer journey
- Having a key role in 'customer first' thinking
Requirements
- Experience as an interaction/user experience designer
- Relevant education at HBO or WO level
- Creative and solution-oriented
- Experience with brainstorming, workshop, and interview techniques
- Experience with E-Commerce and knowledge of conversion and persuasive techniques
- Affinity with customer psychology
- Experience with prototyping tools
- Front-end skills are a plus
- Experience with Figma or Sketch
