The Senior UI/UX Designer will lead the design of user-centric experiences for ERP and SaaS applications, overseeing the complete design lifecycle. Responsibilities include conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX/UI design for ERP and SaaS-based web applications
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve user experiences
- Prepare design documentation and create POCs for enterprise solutions
- Build, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience in UX/UI design
- Proven experience designing UX/UI for ERP or SaaS products
- Expert proficiency in Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, or similar UI/UX tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, information architecture, responsive UI, and accessibility
