The Graphic Designer will create high-quality graphics and engaging short-form videos for various social media platforms. They will also develop a monthly social media content plan and collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Design professional social media posts, banners, advertisements, carousels, brochures, and promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva
- Create engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Facebook Reels, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Edit videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, InShot, or similar software
- Develop and execute a monthly social media content plan
Requirements
- 2-5 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Social Media Marketing, or Digital Content Creation
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and current trends
- Excellent creativity and visual storytelling abilities
- Good communication skills in Bangla and English
- Basic photography and videography knowledge is an advantage
