Founding Product Designer

You will work closely with the founders to engage with users, frame product ideas, prototype, and ship designs. Your role will involve defining user experiences for complex workflows and ensuring that both technical and non-technical users find the platform accessible and enjoyable.
Responsibilities
- Talk to users constantly and form strong product opinions as a basis for UX
- Design the multiplayer experience
- Make working with your team feel genuinely different from working alone
- Treat conflict and co-authorship as UX problems, not just engineering ones
- Define agent UX and translate complex agentic behavior into interfaces people understand, trust, and can steer
- Make a complex, technical platform feel human
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product design or a related field
- Expertise in Figma, Origami, FigJam, or similar interface/UX design tools
- Exceptional craft and product judgment
- Strong interaction design, visual taste, and workflow UX skills
- Demonstrated ability to make complex things simple
