Responsibilities
- Leading end-to-end brand design projects, from exploration to final polish
- Collaborating with Heads of Design and Marketing on strategy
- Creating compelling visuals that resonate with developers
- Building and maintaining brand guidelines
- Expressing ideas through high-fidelity mockups in Figma, Paper, Replit, or design tools of choice
Requirements
- 4+ years of brand and creative design experience in Tech/SaaS
- Strong portfolio showcasing identity systems and campaigns
- User experience central to design thinking, balancing the "why" and "how"
- Attention to detail and craftsmanship creating seamless, intuitive designs
- Understanding of design decisions interconnecting, ensuring cohesive experiences
