Design and evolve high-traffic websites for the World and Tools for Humanity brands, focusing on UI/UX and interaction design. Collaborate with marketing and development teams to create engaging user experiences and ensure high-quality execution.
Responsibilities
- design and evolve multiple high-traffic websites
- create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- collaborate closely with marketing, content, and brand teams
- partner closely with developers to bring designs to life
- apply strong UX thinking to simplify complex concepts
- contribute to design systems and patterns
- use data and insights to iterate on designs and continuously improve performance and usability
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in website UI/UX design
- strong portfolio showcasing strategic thinking and high-quality execution
- proven experience designing high-traffic websites
- deep understanding of responsive design, interaction patterns, and usability best practices
- strong visual design skills with a high craft standard
- experience working across both marketing and product surfaces
- expert in Figma and modern AI-assisted design workflows
