Senior UI Designer

Produce high-quality, high-fidelity UI designs across a range of digital banking products. Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to ensure designs are implemented to the intended visual standard.
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality, high-fidelity UI designs
- Work confidently within an existing enterprise-scale design system
- Translate wireframes, flows, and product requirements into polished visual designs
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and front-end engineers
- Provide visual design QA at key stages of development
- Manage workload across multiple concurrent features or product areas
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in UI and visual design
- Proven experience working within an enterprise-scale design system
- Experience designing for complex, large-scale digital products
- Strong command of Figma
- Ability to take a wireframe or concept and elevate it
- Experience collaborating directly with clients and client-side teams
- Strong understanding of usability principles
