Responsibilities
- Define objectives, hypotheses, participants, methodologies, and research plans
- Conduct interviews, contextual inquiry, surveys, workflow analysis, and exploratory research
- Design, moderate, and analyze usability tests
- Synthesize findings and convert them into recommendations, journeys, personas, task flows, and areas of opportunity
- Facilitate playback and alignment sessions with stakeholders
- Ensure design decisions are backed by evidence and research is properly documented
Requirements
- UX research qualitative and quantitative
- Interviews, workflow analysis, and usability testing
- Definition of hypotheses, participants, and protocols
- Synthesis of research and elaboration of actionable recommendations
- Journey mapping, personas, and task flows
- Experience with complex digital products, B2B, or enterprise
- Presentation of results and influence on stakeholders
- High level of English in an international professional environment
- Knowledge of healthcare, pharma, diagnosis, or regulated products
