Senior UI/UX Designer - Figma / SaaS / B2B (m/w/d)

You will build a UX/UI team within the company and provide professional guidance. You will work closely with Product Owners and developers to ensure a market-oriented implementation of user interfaces for various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Building and leading a UI/UX team within the company
- Working closely with product owners and developers to ensure technically feasible and market-oriented implementation
- Establishing and developing design processes, standards, and toolchains
- Designing and continuously improving user interfaces for PBX systems, mobile and desktop apps, and web portals
- Monitoring market trends and developments in UX, UI, and business communication
Requirements
- Completed studies in UX/UI design or a comparable degree
- At least 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design
- Experience in leading design processes and teams
- Strong knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, or similar
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with agile methods and tools like JIRA or Confluence
