- Architect and design next-generation Power Management ICs, specifically focusing on Gate Drivers, IPMs, and Silicon Capacitors. Lead the full IC development lifecycle from schematic capture and layout supervision through to silicon validation and tape-out.
Requirements
- Requires a Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with at least 7 years of hands-on IC design experience and a track record of production tape-outs. Expert proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso and deep knowledge of high-voltage architectures and passive modeling are essential.
