The Product Designer will create high-fidelity interfaces ensuring visual consistency and usability. They will collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to develop wireframes, navigation flows, and prototypes.
Responsibilities
- Create high-fidelity interfaces, ensuring visual consistency, usability, and quality in the user experience
- Develop wireframes, navigation flows, and prototypes, collaborating with Product Managers and other stakeholders
- Ensure the quality of design deliveries, performing validations before and after implementation
- Work with Product and Engineering teams in agile development cycles
- Organize files, flows, and components in a structured way
- Contribute to the evolution of the Design System and good design practices within the team
- Participate in the continuous improvement of processes, workflows, and design standards
Requirements
- Strong mastery of UI Design, with attention to visual details, consistency, and accessibility
- Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
- Experience collaborating with Product Managers and engineering teams
- Experience with design systems and interface componentization
- Knowledge of UX best practices and usability testing
- Mastery of Figma, including interactive prototypes and reusable components
- Good communication to defend design decisions and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Fluent English, necessary for interaction with international teams
- Action with IA to increase performance in daily activities
