Elevate the UI standards for eCommerce experiences and serve as the UI reference for the team. Collaborate with various stakeholders to translate user needs and business insights into effective designs.
Responsibilities
- Elevate the level of UI across all eCommerce channels
- Translate user needs, UX insights, and business goals into clear, effective, and engaging interfaces
- Work closely with Product Owners, UX Researchers, developers, and marketing teams to advance projects
- Contribute to the design system on Figma, including components, documentation, and handoff with developers
- Participate in user testing, analyze feedback, and iterate to improve the experience and conversion
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in UI Design
- Strong portfolio showcasing ambitious eCommerce projects
- Experience with design systems, Figma, and composants
- Ability to work on complex conversion paths, ideally eCommerce or lead generation
- Fluent in English, French is a plus
