- Lead the design discovery and delivery of end-to-end investment and pension products, focusing on integrating AI to simplify financial journeys. Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to create secure, personalized digital interfaces and evolve the company's design system.
Requirements
- Requires over 5 years of product design experience, preferably in fintech or highly regulated environments, with a portfolio demonstrating AI/ML-driven features. Must possess deep knowledge of AI UX paradigms, user validation techniques, and the ability to facilitate workshops with technical stakeholders.
