The Senior Product Designer will define and solve communication problems between two user groups: businesses and their customers. They will collaborate closely with PMs and engineers throughout the entire lifecycle of features, ensuring a consistent user experience across the product.
Responsibilities
- Define and solve customer and enterprise communication problems
- Work with cross-functional teams to create solutions that meet business goals and user needs
- Create user experiences that are consistent across the product
- Develop and improve features with PM and engineers
- Define and develop UX for AI-driven products
- Conduct customer visits to observe real-world counseling scenarios
- Design considering multiple languages and cultural contexts
- Collaborate with various teams, including PM, engineers, data analysts, CX, and business teams
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in product design
- Ability to define and structure undefined problems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills to convey design logic
- Ability to balance UI quality and UX logic
- Experience in leading projects and team communication is a plus
- Familiarity with AI tools and interest in utilizing them is a plus
- Ability to review and modify AI-generated results is a plus
- Understanding of web and mobile implementation principles is a plus
- Experience in the B2B SaaS industry is a plus
