- Develop and optimize robust head-media interfaces for magnetic recording media to be integrated into hard disk drive products. Collaborate with global R&D and manufacturing teams to improve sputtering processes, reduce defects, and ensure high-volume manufacturability.
Requirements
- Requires a Master's or PhD in Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, or a related engineering field with over 15 years of R&D experience in magnetic recording media. Must possess deep technical expertise in vacuum technology, PVD/CVD techniques, and carbon overcoat processes.
