The Product Designer will design and evolve the onboarding journey, ensuring clarity and continuity at each stage. They will conduct continuous discovery processes and integrate product usage data into the design process.
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve the onboarding journey, from the first contact to activation, ensuring clarity and continuity at each stage.
- Participate in continuous discovery processes, contributing to sessions of Opportunity Solution Tree, definition of expected results, and solution tests.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, such as interviews, usability tests, and surveys, to understand friction points and opportunities in the journey.
- Integrate product usage data, research, and feedback into the design process, transforming learnings into actionable decisions.
- Work in discovery quartets with Product, Design, Tech, and Data, maintaining a focus on outcome over output.
Requirements
- Consolidated experience as a Product Designer at a senior level, with experience in complex product journeys.
- Familiarity with continuous discovery and the ability to participate actively in discovery processes.
- Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research autonomously.
- Good data reading and ability to connect design decisions to metrics such as activation, conversion, and retention.
- Excellence in technical quality of UX and UI, with a portfolio that demonstrates product thinking.
