Lead the visual design function to produce engaging digital, print, and event-related assets that strengthen the firm's brand. Collaborate with marketing teams to create high-quality content for social media, reports, and web platforms using modern design and AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Branding & Visual Identity: Maintain and evolve Cedar's brand identity, ensuring consistent design language across all channels
- Marketing Collateral Design: Create impactful brochures, whitepapers, event invites, email templates, social media graphics, and digital banners
- Digital & Web Assets: Design website and campaign visuals, including responsive and interactive formats, in collaboration with content and web teams
- Event & Presentation Materials: Develop visually engaging presentations, event backdrops, signage, and digital displays
- Creative Direction: Conceptualize new design ideas and visual themes aligned with marketing and business goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related discipline
- 6+ years of experience in a design role, preferably in a consulting, B2B, or professional services setting
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and video editing software
- Working knowledge of AI design tools such as Midjourney, Runway, DALLĀ·E, and Canva Pro
- Strong portfolio covering digital, print, and motion design
