The Digital Product Designer will execute and support UX and digital product design work for responsive e-commerce experiences across mobile and desktop. This includes managing design tasks from brief through launch and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Execute and support UX and digital product design work
- Manage design tasks from brief through launch
- Identify, plan, and solve design problems
- Support the building and updating of digital experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new digital experiences to life
- Utilize customer insights, analytics, and test results to inform design decisions
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in digital product/UX design
- Strong portfolio showcasing responsive web experiences
- Experience designing for consumer brands or retail businesses
- Familiarity with Shopify, GePages, and/or CMS tools
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
- Experience utilizing analytics, research, customer feedback, and/or A/B testing to inform design decisions
