Principal Product Designer

The Principal Product Designer will dive into construction permitting, licensing, and inspections, leading end-to-end design projects while collaborating with various teams. They will also identify opportunities for UX improvements and help design a permitting product that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
Responsibilities
- Dive into the world of construction permitting, licensing, and inspections
- Identify and assess opportunities for UX and visual improvements in the PF application
- Own strategy and decision-making for key product surfaces
- Lead end-to-end design projects
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to produce sales collateral and branding material
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience designing dense B2B software
- Experience with workflow-heavy products and complexity
- Proficiency in Figma, Notion, Linear, or similar tooling
- High tolerance for ambiguity
- Strong communication skills
- Technical competence
