The Founding Product Designer will design AI-native product experiences from concept to implementation and establish the company's design systems and standards. They will partner closely with founders and engineers to shape product strategy and iterate rapidly based on customer feedback.
Responsibilities
- Design AI-native product experiences from concept through implementation
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to define customer problems before designing solutions
- Prototype, test, and iterate rapidly with customers and internal teams
- Help establish design systems, interaction patterns, and product standards
Requirements
- 6+ years of product design experience
- Experience designing Ai-powered products in startup or zero-to-one environments
- Strong product judgment and ability to simplify complex workflows
- Ability to partner deeply with engineers and product managers
