- Lead the planning, design, and coordination of K-12 capital improvement and modernization projects from concept through construction handoff. Oversee architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure compliance with District standards, budgets, and DSA requirements.
Requirements
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management with over 15 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in K-12 facilities. Must have deep knowledge of California Building Code, ADA, and DSA requirements.
