The Senior UX Researcher will lead user research for both customer-facing applications and internal tools, ensuring insights are translated into actionable business decisions. They will also mentor junior researchers and promote a user-centered research culture within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, usability tests, surveys, card sorting, diary studies, etc.) for the app and internal tools
- Lead research end-to-end: from defining business questions to synthesizing and presenting actionable findings
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Data, and Operations to prioritize and translate insights into decisions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX Research
- Domain of mixed methods (qualitative and quantitative) and criteria for choosing the correct method according to the business question
- Fluent/native Spanish (field work with clients); functional English for collaboration with global teams
- Sensitivity and experience designing inclusive research for users with different levels of digital and financial literacy
