Lead the Design team within the Revenue Engines front, connecting user needs with business goals and product strategy. Develop design talent and collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve the ecosystem for real estate agencies.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design team in one of the company's most strategic areas, connecting user needs, business objectives, and product strategy
- Develop and empower the growth of designers, promoting autonomy, continuous learning, and a high-trust collaboration environment
- Connect strategy and execution, bringing company directions closer to the daily challenges of squads and contributing to the evolution of strategic decisions
- Support teams in making complex decisions, elevating solution quality through context, data, systemic thinking, and good design practices
- Act as a strategic partner to Product, Engineering, and other business areas, building alignment and influencing relevant decisions for product evolution
- Promote an integrated vision between products and journeys, strengthening the Loft ecosystem and expanding the value delivered to real estate agents throughout their relationship with the company
- Strengthen the design discipline, evolving practices, developing people, and expanding the area's influence in building products and company strategy
Requirements
- Consolidated experience leading and developing design teams
- Ability to connect strategy, business, and execution, influencing decisions at different levels of the organization
- Familiarity with business indicators to guide priorities, track results, and assess impact
- Experience in partnership with Product, Engineering, and strategic areas in complex and ambiguous contexts
- Solid repertoire in Product Design, including discovery, strategy, hypothesis validation, and user experience evolution
- Ability to balance strategic vision and proximity to execution in products and teams with different levels of maturity
- Clear communication and ability to build alignment, conduct difficult conversations, and strengthen trust relationships
