Senior Product Designer

You will design how humans work alongside AI, creating new interaction patterns. Additionally, you will lead design efforts, collaborating with PM and engineering teams to solve complex UX problems.
Responsibilities
- Make deeply complex systems feel simple to people who don't care how they work
- Set the design standard for the team and raise the craft bar across the entire product surface
- Lead with customers - on-site, running your own research, and using it to drive what we build next
- Drive alignment across PM, engineering, and GTM without needing a defined process to do it
Requirements
- 6+ years designing complex software
- Track record of defining interaction paradigms
- Proven ability to do own research and bring it back as product direction
- CS degree or equivalent builder experience
- Prototypes in code as a default
