Define and evolve the visual language and UI patterns for agentic AI across multiple surfaces including IDE, Desktop, and Web. Lead the creation of complex visual solutions and art direct motion and animation to enhance developer workflows.

- Define and evolve Kiro's visual language
- Deliver complex visual design solutions
- Art direct motion, illustration, and animation
- Drive cross-surface and cross-team coherence
- Present and advocate to senior leadership
- Mentor designers and multiply team output
Requirements
- 8+ years of design experience
- Available online portfolio
- Experience art directing motion designers, illustrators, writers and content creators
- Experience partnering with technical partners for design implementation
