Design Manager, Civil Engineering

The Design Manager will lead the engineering design management of major airfield civil infrastructure projects, coordinating design development from concept through construction and handover. They will manage external design consultants and internal engineering resources while ensuring that engineering solutions meet project objectives for safety, quality, cost, schedule, and operational performance.

Requirements
- Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline and demonstrated experience leading design management on large civil infrastructure projects. A Chartered Engineer (CEng) or equivalent professional accreditation is required, along with experience in managing engineering design within complex live operational environments.
