UX Designer

As a UX Designer, you will develop user-friendly digital products that meet the needs of professionals. You will translate user insights and data into intuitive and effective digital experiences while collaborating closely with various team members.
Responsibilities
- Designing and continuously optimizing digital experiences
- Conducting user research and analyzing results
- Translating user insights and business goals into personas, user journeys, and interaction concepts
- Designing user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for webshops and digital platforms
- Developing and maintaining the Design System
- Setting up usability tests, design reviews, and A/B-test hypotheses
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a UX Designer
- Experience with user research and translating insights into design choices
- Ability to simplify complex issues and create logical user flows
- Data-driven approach and experience with testing and user feedback
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
