Senior Product Designer (w/m/d/x) – UX / UI

Responsible for the end-to-end design of complex B2B SaaS workflows, focusing on making configuration-heavy tools intuitive and consistent. This includes continuous user validation, developing a scalable design system, and delivering precise specifications to engineering.
Responsibilities
- Validating user needs continuously with interviews, usability tests, and prototypes
- Designing complex user flows, wireframes, and scalable information architecture for data-intensive interfaces
- Creating high-fidelity mockups and prototypes, and developing the design system actively
- Using current AI tools to quickly translate user needs into top-notch UX
- Working deeply in the insurance domain and building the company's internal knowledge base
Requirements
