- Design and evolve reusable components, patterns, and foundations within the design system to ensure consistency across Real Estate products. Collaborate with engineers on token strategy and manage the contribution model for designers across multiple tribes.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing and maintaining scalable design systems and working with Figma variables and tokens. Strong technical fluency in translating design decisions to code and an interest in AI-assisted design workflows.
