Transform technical assets like CAD drawings and 3D renders into engaging visual content for social media platforms. Manage distribution and track performance analytics across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to drive qualified leads.
Responsibilities
- Create compelling visual content from existing assets and distribute it across social media platforms to drive qualified leads
- Work directly with the leadership team to transform CAD drawings, photography, and 3D renders into engaging marketing materials for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Coordinate and track social media performance in a fast-paced property development environment
Requirements
- 3+ years graphic design experience
- preferably in property, real estate, or construction
- Proficiency with CAD drawing manipulation and 3D rendering software
- Experience using AI tools and design platforms (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) to modify visual content
- Ability to create location-based marketing materials and integrate floor plans into designs
- Social media posting experience across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Understanding of performance analytics and content optimisation
- Availability during Australian business hours with immediate responsiveness
- Fluent English communication and ability to work autonomously
