Design Manager - Arquitectura, Estructura y Urbanización de Obra de Edificación

Lead and coordinate design teams across architecture, structure, and urbanization phases from project design through construction. Ensure quality control, resolve interdisciplinary conflicts, and provide technical support for procurement and construction implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead design teams and coordinate with other teams
- Manage design projects from concept to completion
- Establish calendars and priorities, and verify fulfillments
- Review designs to ensure quality and implementation of internal guidelines
- Identify and resolve discrepancies and problems
- Assist in meetings with Jefe de Diseño, Jefe de Proyecto, and Propiedad
- Integrate engineering details into projects
- Resolve conflicts and doubts in the construction process
- Provide technical support for procurement and review of constructive solutions
Requirements
- Ingeniero/a de Caminos or Arquitecto with more than 12 years of experience
- Leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Experience in design management and project coordination
- Knowledge of Revit, Presto, Project, and Normativa local, nacional, CTE
- English language proficiency at B2 level
- Willingness to travel nationally
