You will participate in discovery phases to understand business and user needs, and design user journeys with a focus on the final experience quality. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers and developers in an agile environment to create wireframes and prototypes.
Responsibilities
- Participate in discovery phases: framing, understanding business and user issues
- Conception of user flows, wireframes, and final mockups on Figma
- Work closely with Product Managers and developers in an agile framework
- Participate in the creation of prototypes
Requirements
- You have completed a design school or equivalent training
- You have experience in various projects: e-commerce, SaaS, web/mobile applications, B2B and B2C
- You are able to take a step back from product, business, and aesthetic issues
- You know how to manage your time and define your priorities
- You master Figma and IA tools
- You are a force of proposal to optimize customer journeys
- You know how to make user flows, wireframes, and mockups
- You are open and listening to customer problems
- You know how to use IA effectively in your work process
