Senior UX Designer, Amazon Fuse

Own and drive the end-to-end UX design process for major features or product areas of Fuse. Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to define, validate, and deliver user-centered design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the end-to-end UX design process
- Create and validate design solutions through user research, journey mapping, task analysis, data analysis, and iterative usability testing
- Develop personas, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, interaction models, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Partner effectively with Product Managers, Engineers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders
- Ensure accessibility, usability, and consistency across all digital products
- Integrate AI into every phase of the UX lifecycle to improve productivity and design quality
Requirements
- 8+ years of design experience
- Experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Knowledge of best practices for information architecture and design
- Experience with UI design for complex workflows and for end users
- Demonstrated fluency with generative AI design tools
- Online portfolio or samples of work on resume, demonstrating experience creating great end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns
