The Senior UX/UI Designer will lead the creation and stewardship of a unified design language across Cyncly's global product portfolio. This includes owning the design system's evolution, collaborating with product designers and engineers, and ensuring accessibility and quality standards are met.

- The Senior UX/UI Designer will lead the creation and stewardship of a unified design language across Cyncly's global product portfolio. This includes owning the design system's evolution, collaborating with product designers and engineers, and ensuring accessibility and quality standards are met.
Requirements
- Candidates should have 5-8 years of UX/UI design experience, with at least 3 years in a design systems role. A degree in a relevant field is preferred, along with expert-level proficiency in Figma and a strong understanding of front-end implementation constraints.
