Responsibilities
- The Staff Product Designer will own large product surface areas, translating complex enterprise needs into scalable conversational and agentic AI interfaces. They will lead customer research to drive product strategy, evolve the design system, and mentor other designers.
Requirements
- Candidates need approximately 8+ years of product design experience with a proven track record of shipping zero-to-one products. Proficiency in designing for non-deterministic AI systems and a technical lean in design engineering or React is highly preferred.
