Senior UX Designer, Amazon Fuse

Lead the end-to-end UX design process for Amazon Fuse products, creating intuitive digital experiences for partners and customers. Integrate generative AI into the design lifecycle to accelerate research, ideation, and documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the end-to-end UX design process
- Create and validate design solutions through user research, journey mapping, task analysis, and iterative usability testing
- Develop personas, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, interaction models, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Partner effectively with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to define, validate, and deliver solutions
Requirements
- 8+ years of design experience
- Experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Knowledge of best practices for information architecture and design
- Experience with UI design for complex workflows
- Demonstrated fluency with generative AI design tools
