Senior Conversation UX Designer, Alexa for Shopping

Develop high-level customer experience strategies and design conversational frameworks for Amazon's agentic AI assistant. Collaborate with science and editorial teams to train LLMs and optimize features based on user research and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Develop high-level customer experience strategy for both the near and long term
- Design conversational frameworks and conversational flows, partnering with UX Designers on accompanying GUI components
- Work with Science and Editorial teams to help train the LLM to generate content that matches the intention of the designs
- Present design work to the product team, engineering team, leaders, and partner organisations for review and feedback
- Collaborate with other design team members on experiences, frameworks, processes, and best practices
- Work with our UX research and data analysis teams to assess and optimise new and existing features
Requirements
- Available online portfolio
- Bachelorâs or higher degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), User Experience Design, Linguistics, Psychology, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in conversation design or VUI design
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
