You will lead the entire design process, from user research to interaction and visual design, and handover to developers. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, agronomists, and customers to create a modern user experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design process for the new climate computer
- Work closely with product managers, hardware and software engineers, agronomists, and customers
- Create a scalable design system
- Present ideas, justify design decisions with facts, and adapt designs quickly based on feedback and practical data
Requirements
- More than 6 years of experience in designing digital products from start to finish
- Experience with designing dashboards, monitoring tools, control systems, or other professional software with large amounts of data
- Expertise in Figma and setting up design systems and interactive prototypes
- Strong understanding of design principles, user research, information architecture, interaction design, and modern visual/UI design
- Fluent in English and comfortable working with international clients and teams
