- Lead all MEPH pre-construction technical design activities to ensure solutions are robust, compliant, and technically validated. Drive early-stage evaluation, design audits, and thermal modelling to align projects with sustainability goals and client requirements.
Requirements
- Requires extensive experience in pre-construction MEPH design management within main contracting or consultancy. Must be professionally qualified (CIBSE, IMechE, IET or equivalent) with deep knowledge of building physics and energy compliance.
