Graphic Designer

The role involves overseeing and optimizing daily production processes to ensure high-quality coffee and tea products. The candidate will work closely with various departments to achieve production goals and promote continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and controlling production processes to ensure efficient and high-quality production
• Implementing and monitoring quality standards and safety protocols
• Coordinating production planning with the planning team to meet delivery deadlines
• Leading, motivating, and developing the production team
• Analyzing production data and implementing improvement measures to increase efficiency
• Collaborating with quality assurance, purchasing, and other departments to ensure smooth production

Requirements

• Completed degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or related field
• Several years of experience in food or beverage production, ideally in the coffee industry
• Excellent knowledge of production planning, quality control, and process optimization
• Leadership experience and ability to motivate and manage teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and a structured, responsible work approach
• Good English language skills, with additional languages being an advantage
