Responsibilities
- The UX Researcher will conduct primary, secondary, quantitative, and qualitative research to support the growth of a cloud-based SaaS platform. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement research strategies, perform usability studies, and advocate findings through presentations.
Requirements
- Candidates need 3 or more years of UX research experience, specifically within B2B SaaS products. Proficiency with Figma, remote testing tools, and the ability to act as a strategic partner in product decisions are required.
