The Product Designer will define visual and interaction principles for Skello's product and build and maintain the design system. They will ensure the product's visual and interaction coherence while innovating user experience patterns.
Responsibilities
- Define product and design principles
- Build and maintain the design system
- Define standards for global consistency
- Document components with DOs and DON'Ts
- Train Product Strategists and Product Engineers on design system usage
- Animate adoption rituals
- Construct and maintain design system components
- Ensure alignment between design and tech versions
- Encode design system for AI consumption
- Design key screens and innovate on user experience patterns
Requirements
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Product Design
- Experience in building or maintaining a Design System at scale
- Proficiency in Figma and Storybook
- High level of craft with a focus on visual and interaction design
- Ability to optimize for AI consumption
- Professional English language skills
