The Senior UX Designer will be a key contributor within the Experience Design team, collaborating closely with various stakeholders. Responsibilities include conducting user research, creating user journeys, and designing interactive experiences.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and validation activities to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points
- Synthesize research findings into actionable UX recommendations
- Defend user needs and support data-driven design decisions throughout the design process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate UX recommendations into design and implementation
- Develop clear user-centered narratives through content hierarchy and UX writing
- Contribute to design systems and collaborate with visual designers and developers
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX design
- Portfolio demonstrating strong end-to-end UX work
- Strong understanding of information architecture, user flows, interaction design, and usability principles
- Experience with design tools such as Figma
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
