The Sr. UX Designer will develop scenarios and use cases based on business requirements and usability findings, leveraging AI tools to enhance design processes. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centered payment solutions and iterate on designs to meet complex requirements.
Responsibilities
- Use business requirements, usability findings, and market research to develop scenarios, use cases, and high-level requirements
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, design exploration, and iteration
- Develop and nurture relationships across teams and disciplines to promote collaboration and efficiency
- Translate abstract concepts into simple and elegant user interfaces
- Present design work to the user experience team and product team for review and feedback
Requirements
- 8+ years of UX designer or interaction designer experience
- Have an online portfolio or samples of work on resume, demonstrating experience creating great end-to-end, user-centered design solutions
- Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards
- Experience with UX design of complex workflows
