- Own end-to-end design for complex product areas serving candidates and elected officials while evolving the platform's design system. Drive design strategy for campaign and constituent services tools and mentor peer designers on craft excellence.
Requirements
- Requires 6+ years of product design experience, including at least 2 years in a staff or principal-level role at a consumer internet or SaaS company. Must be proficient in Figma and AI-powered design workflows, with a strong portfolio in responsive web and mobile design.
