Lead the civil design and construction for enterprise data center campus projects, managing external consultants and internal stakeholders. Develop conceptual designs, maintain design standards, and optimize earthworks and utilities to reduce construction schedules and costs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate conceptual designs and create/maintain project documentation
- Develop and maintain design standards, design prototypes, and template specifications
- Review Due Diligence assessments to determine site constraints, risks, and develop investigation scopes
- Create, review, and release design consultant request for proposals
Requirements
- 6+ years of project management or project lead work
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Professional Engineering or Architectural License
- Bachelor degree in civil engineering
