Senior UX Designer, Monetization

Lead design work for the Monetization team to help streamers monetize through viewer engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop hypotheses and mentor junior designers on best practices.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional development teams
- learn from streamers and viewers about their needs
- think creatively to solve problems that sustain streamers' communities
- give back to the design community by using and improving existing patterns and approaches
- present work to others through design reviews and feedback sessions
- mentor and grow junior designers
Requirements
- 5+ years of practical experience in UX design
- experience with content discovery and/or content engagement experiences
- demonstrated interaction design and visual craft skills
- experience with prototyping mobile experiences
- experience incorporating AI tooling as part of design workflows
- experience streaming, working with broadcasting software, and/or creating UGC content
