Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product discovery and design for marketing websites to improve conversion, activation, and expansion. Partner with Growth teams to run data-driven experiments and translate customer research into high-impact business outcomes.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in end-to-end product design, qualitative research, and hypothesis-driven experimentation. Must be fluent in both English and German at a C1 level to conduct interviews and manage German-language websites.
