Lead the end-to-end software design process from problem definition and wireframing to high-fidelity interfaces in Figma. Act as a local bridge between Dutch Product Owners, Engineers, and the central design team in Finland.
Responsibilities
- Leading software design, from initial problem definition to high-fidelity interfaces in Figma
- Cross-functional collaboration with local Product Owners and Engineers
- Maintaining a feedback loop and constructive collaboration with the central UX design team in Finland
- User research and testing, translating complex workflows into intuitive digital solutions
- Prototyping and iterating, building and testing early-stage prototypes to validate ideas
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience in product design, UX design, or interaction design
- Excellent command of Figma
- Collaboration skills, working with technical teams and business stakeholders
- Problem-solving skills, mapping user journeys and identifying improvement points
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills
- Dutch language skills at B2 level or higher
