Founding Product Designer
Syntheticfi Remote (🇺🇸 United States of America)
As the Founding Product Designer, you will work directly with the Co-Founders and have broad scope across both Product and UX design. You will engage with users to understand their needs and collaborate with Product Engineers to set product direction.
Responsibilities
- Working directly with the Co-Founders on Product and UX design
- Setting product direction with Product Engineers
- Asking sharp questions to understand user workflows and business logic
- Identifying what truly needs to be solved before jumping into design
- Spending time talking to users to understand and solve for their needs
- Having strong UI/UX skills to meet the demanding taste of consumers
Requirements
- Product Designer experience with a design portfolio
- Experience designing web applications and thinking through complex B2B workflows
- Familiarity with Figma as a design tool
- Experience building or contributing significantly to a design system
- Based in the United States with experience using various financial products in the US
